Matt Garrison:
As Founder of the firm and Senior Construction Specialist, Matt brings to the team a unique blend of engineering, construction and business experience along with a background in structural, civil & technical construction projects. Having successfully consulted or completed over 600 remodeling and renovation projects Matt has seen or repaired nearly every kind of issue.
Laura Garrison:
Laura is Ridgeline’s Co-Founder and a respected advisor to the firm. She brings to the team years of management and supervision as well as experience in developing efficiency-training programs.
Flor Fratzke:
As Office Manager, Flor is the heart of our operations. She is the person to call in the time of need. Flor is currently expanding her Business degree to include an MBA in Accounting from Davenport University.
