Ridgeline typically completes 60 to 80 repair, restoration and remodeling projects each year. These projects vary in size and scope from small home repairs to large scale home remodeling projects. We employ three full time employees and keep a dedicated troupe of nearly 20 skilled professionals engaged throughout the year.

We live in Grand Rapids and are doing a complete home remodel. Do you offer design services?

We have fantastic interior designers that we routinely work with. Many of our clients remain in close contact with our designers even after the initial remodeling projects have been completed.

Can you help me with a budget?

Yes, in fact budgeting is one of Ridgeline's strongest suites. Our intimate experience with construction and their costs make us an excellent partner throughout your budgeting process. Ridgeline can help with cost saving ideas, room-by-room breakdowns or simply by identifying appropriate and realistic allowances for items that you will manage directly.

Why don’t you see for yourself the level of detail that we put into your budget. We have attached a sample budget to give you an idea of what we can do for your repair, restoration or remodeling project.

How do ensure that we can work within that budget?

By the end of the budgeting and design process, product selections will be the only costs that need clarification. So by the end of the planning process, the budget should exactly match the design and reflect a Guaranteed Maximum Price.

Throughout those budgeting and design discussions, our team is listening to your thoughts about the finished product, materials, scheduling and cost considerations. This planning phase will result in a remodeling project designed specifically to your budget and vision.

What happens if something changes during the course of my remodeling project?

Quite often changes are made during the project. Many of the changes that you will make have little to no impact on the final cost, while others may result in added or reduced costs. When a change is made during the course of the project a "Change Order"is created which clearly states the changes and identify the cost effect. No matter what the changes are, you should rest assured that no additional cost will be added to the agreement without your written consent.

How can we avoid Change Orders?

The easiest way to avoid Change Orders is to clearly and thoroughly identify your needs up front during the design and budgeting phase. This will ensure that the project has been thoroughly considered and estimated before work begins.

Can you meet our deadline?

In most cases we can meet or even beat your deadline. By clearly communicating your scheduling milestones up front, Ridgeline can effectively plan that the project be completed for your special event.

Do you provide financing?

At this time Ridgeline does not provide financing directly. We do however have relationships with select financial institutions and we would be happy to arrange for a personal consultation with a lending specialist.

What is your warranty and how long do you guarantee your work?

Ridgeline is proud of our work and our warranty reflects that. Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with the work we do so that your friends and family will ask who helped you with your remodling project. If there is anything not to your satisfaction please let us know immediately.
