The Conard Family of Lowell, Michigan wanted to add more living space to their home and accommodate a new member to the household. Nearly discouraged by high estimates the Conard's contacted Ridgeline for another opinion. Together with Carolle Spence "Designer Extraordinaire", Ridgeline developed a target budget and whole-house renovation to meet their exact needs. The final design and budget provided a complete remodel of the original home and added 500 SF of additional living space at a savings of nearly $50,000 over previous contractors' estimates.
