Lowell - Coffee Shop Commercial Remodel

In late 2007, when Mainline Coffee was relocated roughly 20 miles from Grand Rapids to Lowell, the Owner contracted Ridgeline to perform all functions of the project. Because the new site was located within a flood district, DEQ permitting was one of the most challenging and pressing issues to overcome. Navigating our way through a myriad of regulatory requirements including Health Department, DEQ restrictions, MDOT oversight and tight zoning limitations, Ridgeline persistently pushed the project through planning and on to construction. Finally, in August 2008 Mainline Coffee was completed and readied for business.
