Definitions:

    • Owner The person, family or other entity that takes advantage of this promotion.
    • Item(s) The dishwasher, grill, television or other product that is provided in connection with this promotion.
    • Offer This promotional event, consisting of the equipment described in this promotion.

Terms and Conditions:

    As with many special offers of this nature there are some restrictions or limitations. We have tried to keep it simple, so the limitations that we place on these promotional Item(s) are as follows:

    • Intent — The intent of these Offers are to provide an attractive incentive for remodeling or renovating your new space.
    • Any images previously shown in connection with this Offer are intended for display purposes only and are subject to change by Ridgeline without formal notice.
    • Eligibility — The project must be exceed $8,000 in final contract value
    • The purchase price (including taxes, delivery, etc.) of the promotional Item(s) is limited to $500.
    • Taxes, shipping, handling and / or other charges related directly to the free Item(s) are considered as a component of the cost of the giveaway Item(s).
    • There are no limitations to the number of Item(s) that qualify for this Offer. For instance, if you are renovating your basement, deck and bathroom, then your project qualifies for all three (3) items (i.e. a television, grill and bathroom vanity).
    • Final delivery of the promotional Item(s) will be completed after the project has been paid in full or satisfactory payment terms have been arranged.
    • We will allow you to shop and select the manufacturer or vendor of the specific Item(s) that you desire.
    • You are responsible for shopping for and direct purchase of the item. We don’t want to be responsible for deciding which appliance you might want.
    • This offer is not valid in connection with any other offer or special pricing negotiation.
    • Installation and / or assembly of the Item(s) are not included in this Offer.
    • Warranties shall be held and maintained directly between you and the Original Vendor or Original Seller, or manufacturer. Additionally, warranty issues and / or other warranty related questions are to be directed directly to the Original Vendor or Original Seller, or manufacturer.
    • Ridgeline shall reserve the sole right to interpret the above terms and conditions of this Special Offer.
    • Ridgeline reserves the right to modify, amend and / or terminate this offer at any time and without formal notice.

Limitations & Legal Stuff:

    • Limitations of Liability: Ridgeline shall not be responsible for: (1) an incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Ridgeline, printing errors or by any other omissions associated with this Offer; (2) technical failures of any kind associated with the Free Item(s), including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections, software or hardware related issues; (3) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Offer or the processing of the Offer; (4) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused or allegedly caused, either directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the Owner’s entry in the Offer or receipt or use or misuse of any of the Item(s); (5) any and all loss, theft, misuse or other damage to the Item(s).

    • Disputes: Except where prohibited, the Owner agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Offer or any of the Item(s) provided shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate Michigan Court located in Kent County, Michigan, USA; and (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to the $500 value of this Offer. Ridgeline and / or any of its officers, employees or other related individual shall not in any way be responsible for any attorney(s) fees and / or other costs related to dispute of the affected Item(s). These costs shall be borne solely by the Owner; and (3) under no circumstance will the Owner be permitted to obtain award for, and Owner hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, as well as rights to have the damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

Changes to this Offer:

    As mentioned above, Ridgeline reserves the right to modify, amend and / or terminate this offer at any time and without formal notice.
